Attrell Rewards Rules and Regulations
- Attrell Toyota has the right to terminate the Attrell Rewards points program at any time.
- Attrell Toyota may change Attrell Rewards rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, or points levels for awards, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the points already accumulated. Attrell Toyota may withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any award redemption, or increase the point rate at any time. Attrell Toyota has the final say as to whether a product qualifies for Attrell Rewards award redemption.
- Official program start date is January 1st, 2019.
- Each point is worth $.01 toward future purchase from Attrell Toyota.

Points are earned by making qualified purchases of products and services only at our dealership. These qualified purchases are:
- New or used vehicle purchases
- Customer pay service purchases
- Over the counter parts purchases

Points cannot be earned on the following transactions:
- Repairs completed under warranty
- Warranty, finance or insurance product purchases
- Fleet vehicle purchases (defined as a vehicle purchased by a federal, state or local government entity)
- Taxes, fees, and surcharges
Attrell Toyota reserves the right to determine final points awarded.

Points may not be redeemed on the following transactions:
- Lease buyouts
- Third party or sublet repairs
- Repairs completed under warranty
- Body shop repairs funded by third parties, including insurance companies
- Warranty, finance or insurance product purchases
- Rental vehicle services
- Taxes, fees, and surcharges
- Points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with vehicle manufacturer rewards and offers.
- Points cannot be redeemed by employees in conjunction with an employee purchase plan.
- Points do not expire. Consistent with the general rules and regulations of Attrell Rewards, Attrell Toyota reserves the right to revise or terminate Attrell Rewards at any time without notice, including imposition of expiration limits.
- Attrell Toyota reserves the right to award promotional points through special offers available to Attrell Rewards members based on activity, geographic location, program participation, or information supplied by the member.
- All point amounts and subsequent award redemptions must be earned and used according to program terms and conditions. Attrell Toyota has the final say as to whether an activity qualifies for earning and/or redeeming Attrell Rewards points.
- Attrell Toyota reserves the right to cease mailing or emailing materials to any Attrell Rewards member who has not accumulated any point amount for a 60-day period.
- Abuse of the Attrell Rewards program (including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of award redemptions and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct), as determined by Attrell Toyota in its' sole judgment, may result in cancellation of the member's account, future disqualification from program participation, and forfeiture of all points accrued.
- Attrell Toyota reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in the program terms and conditions. All determinations by Attrell Toyota shall be final and conclusive in each case.
- Points earned in service, or parts will be available for redemption the following business day. Points earned in sales will be available for redemption 10 business days following your vehicle purchase.
- The data furnished to Attrell Toyota may be used to bring Attrell Rewards members relevant and valuable offers from Attrell Toyota. A member can contact the Attrell Rewards hotline at 1-844-634-7282 if they do not wish to use it for this purpose.
Enrollment
- Attrell Rewards is open to any individual, upon enrollment completion, with a mailing address in North America or in any country that has not prohibited participation in points programs, with the exception of countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Indian Subcontinent.
- Corporations or other legal entities cannot be enrolled as members.
- Only one person may be enrolled per Attrell Rewards account. An individual may have only one account and that must be in his/her legal name. Membership will be listed under the participant's full name including title (Mr., Ms., etc.) and middle initial.
- Membership is non-transferable, and each member will receive a unique Attrell Rewards account PIN number.
- Retroactive credit will not be given for purchases made prior to enrollment.
- To enroll, simply visit Attrell Toyota for your next service or vehicle purchase or service. You’ll be automatically enrolled at that time.
Redeeming Points for Attrell Rewards
- All redemptions are issued through Attrell Rewards on behalf of Attrell Toyota.
- Member must make a purchase at Attrell Toyota before receiving award redemption.
- In order to redeem, member must provide their Attrell Rewards member number, PIN number and valid I.D. at time of purchase.
- Attrell Rewards points have no cash value.
- Point amount award levels are subject to change at any time without notice.
- The sale, purchase, brokerage, resale, barter or exchange of Attrell Rewards points for compensation is expressly prohibited. Any violation of these rules, as determined by Attrell Toyota in its sole judgement, may result in cancellation of the member’s account, future disqualification from program participation, and forfeiture of all points accrued.
- Members are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges for products or services purchased.

What information does the Attrell Rewards collect and how do we use it?
When you enroll in Attrell Rewards, we collect the following information:
- Name
- Address
- E-mail address
- Home phone number
- Attrell Toyota Transaction History
- Vehicle Information
We use your personal information for a variety of purposes, including targeting specific customers for special offers. We do not collect credit card information.
When you send us an email, we will retain the content of the email, your email address, our response and the text of any follow-up questions you may have. We use this information to measure how effectively we address customer concerns online.
How is my information protected?
Attrell Rewards uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology security standards supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 and higher along with other popular browsers to protect your personal information.
SSL encrypts your, name, address, and phone number before they travel over the Internet. This makes doing business over the Internet as secure as purchasing by telephone.
With whom do you share my information?
When you enroll in Attrell Rewards, we use the information you provide to keep track of the Attrell Rewards points you earn, and present relevant offers. We will also, from time to time, keep you informed of Attrell Toyota special deals and other information we feel may be of interest to you.
We do not sell, rent, or trade individual customer names or other private profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future.
How do I tell Attrell Rewards that I don't want to be contacted for promotional purposes?
As a Member of Attrell Rewards, you have the option to receive updates from the Attrell Rewards Program about special offers, new Attrell Toyota services and noteworthy news. You still start receiving this information upon activation of your Attrell Rewards account. If you decide you would rather not receive these emails, you can always contact Attrell Rewards at 1-844-634-7282 or update your online profile.
